unlimited ceiling

A ceiling that exists when the total sky cover is less than 0.6%, or when the total transparent sky cover is 0.5% or more, or when surface-based obscuring phenomena are classed as partial obscuration (that is, they obscure 0.9% or less of the sky) and no layer aloft is reported as broken or overcast.
