Gravel

Clastic sedimentary particles of any composition that are over 2 mm in diameter. Gravel is a mixture of coarse sand and small water-worn stones. The term may also be applied to small water- worn stones on their own. A loose or unconsolidated deposit of rounded pebbles, cobbles, or boulders.
