Geodynamics is the branch of geology concerned with the forces and processes, especially on a large- scale, of the earth’s interior, particularly as regards their effects on the crust or lithosphere. Measuring, modeling, and interpreting the configuration and motion of the crust, mantle, and core of the earth.
