Chondrodite

Chondrodite is a common metamorphic mineral, a fuosilicate of magnesia and iron, yellow to red in colour, often occurring in granular form in a crystalline limestone in dolomitic marbles. It has the formulae (Mg,Fe)3 (SiO4)(OH,F)2 and a relative hardness of 7.
