Azurite

Azurite is a minor ore of copper with an intense azure-blue colour. It alters to malachite and is associated with limonite, calcite, chalcocite, chrysocolla and other secondary copper minerals. Azurite reacts vigorously with hydrochloric acid.It has the formulae Cu3(CO3) 2(OH)2 and a relative hardness of 4.
