Arsenopyrite

Arsenopyrite (mispickel) is the most common mineral containing arsenic. It occurs as a tin-white coloured, metallic lustered mineral with tin and tungsten ores in high temperature deposits as a deposition from hot waters. Frequently associated with gold. Also found with copper and silver ores. It has the formulae FeAsS and a relative hardness of 6.
